To change your mailbox password see the steps below:
1) Ensure your are logged into your client portal at https://my.hooble.co.uk
2) From the Your Active Products / Services box, choose the entry relating to your hosting package:
3) From the next page, choose Email Accounts:
4) You will then be presented with a list of email accounts, click the manage button next to the account you wish to reset the password for:
5) Enter a new password, as you type the strength of the password will be indicated.
6) Your chosen password must have a strength of 50 or higher, however we would recommend setting a stronger password where possible.
6) Finally, click Update Email Settings
to save the password. You will then receive a success notification in the top right corner of your browser.
