Hi {$client_name},
Please find below instructions for setting up your 1 Click Emails on your iPhone or iPad.

Step 1
Locate and tap Settings on your Home Screen.
|

|
Step 2
Tap Accounts and Passwords
|
|
|
Step 4
Tap Add Mail Account
|
|
|
Step 5
From the list of mail providers choose Other
|
|
|
Step 6
Fill in the details as follows:
Name: Your name as you wish it to be displayed on emails you send.
Email: The E-Mail Address you are setting up
Password: The password for your email account.
Description: A Short description, that is used to display the account on your iPhone / iPad.
Once you have filled in the details tap Next.

Step 7
Enter mail.YOURDOMAIN for the Incoming Mail Server – Hostname I.E. if you website is www.mywebsite.com enter mail.mywebsite.com in the box.

Step 8
Enter your full email address for the Incoming Mail Server – User Name
|
|
|
Step 9
The Incoming Mail Server – Password will already be prefilled with the password you entered on the previous screen.

Step 10
Enter the Outgoing Mail Server – Hostname, this will be the same as you entered for the Incoming Mail Server.

Step 11
Enter your full email address for the Outgoing Mail Server – User Name
|
|
|
Step 12
Enter the Outgoing Mail Server – Password this is the same password as you entered on the previous screen.

Step 13
Confirm the details you have entered are correct. Then tap Next.

Step 14
iOS will then verify the details and attempt to login to the mailserver, be patient this may take a couple of Minutes.
Whilst iOS is verifying the details you may receive a warning about not being able to verify server identity, if so tap Continue each time the message appears.

Step 15
Once iOS had successfully verified your settings you will be presented with this screen. Ensure Mail is enabled and tap Save.
